FAITH

Generally people blame luck in case if they are deprived of an opportunity. Moreover the luck is considered to be attracted by wearing stones, following horoscope and so on. We very well know that the prediction of future is only in the jurisdiction of Almighty, no one knows that what is written in their fate. On the basis of past and/or current events generally people make frozen evaluations that they are not lucky and nothing good is going to happen to them and thus they stop struggling for betterment. This is because of the fact that the faith has weakened and one has forgotten that there is always blessing in disguise.

There are no accidents in this universe, everything is written like a script and is bound to happen.

We should have faith in Almighty and should remember that all our sufferings and misfortune can take a u-turn if we pray to Almighty and work towards achieving our destinies at all times.

THE POWERFUL GIFT FROM ALMIGHTY: THE MIND

Depending on the environmental conditions around, one can amend plans but the basic objective should remain the same. Almighty has blessed human with a brain capable of doing wonders. this proves that we, the humans have God-gifted power“the Mind”, which makes us the most powerful creature on the planet. With the power of the mind we humans can observe, forecast, plan and react according to the environmental conditions.

Having an idea and/or vision enables one with direction, motivation and purpose of living. Almighty has created us with some purpose and now it is up to us to explore and moreover it is our duty to determine that what is expected of us. Leading a successful life, having lot of money, fame and a promising career is a dream of every person but this demands struggle and hardship of planning for success along with prayers.

WHAT IS SUCCESS?

The definition of success differs from person to person and it is determined on the basis of some parameters but the main goal in each case is the achievement of plan(s)/objective(s). In the race of becoming successful, most of the times people look at a smaller picture that is running after short-term achievement ignoring the complete big picture.

The process of materializing the big picture from an idea can be understood by the following:

• IMAGINE/IMAGE that is you visualize and you have many ideas in your mind;
• DREAM is the shopping of an image;
• IDEA is when you pick a dream out of so many dreams that you hold a dream in an idea;
• VISION is when you decide to act on an idea;
• MISSION is today’s goal to be something or to achieve something tomorrow;
• GOAL is statement of purpose that are the general terms in which you will operate;
• OBJECTIVE is the specific result which you want to achieve.

To determine the desired result and to stay on the right track requires an overview of oneself. Following questions may help:

1. What do I really want?
2. What is my most deep desire?
3. What is it for which I have been dreaming since childhood?
4. What do I really hate and bothers me?
5. What are my fears?
6. What are my strengths?
7. Where do I see myself in the next 06 months/01 year/03 years/05 years:
8. What have I really done to achieve my goals?
9. What skills are required to get there?
10. How much investment is involved in terms of time, money efforts and skills?
11. What is the proposal I have for my future achievements? List all steps, phases and the amount of money, efforts and skills required.
12. What are my strengths and weaknesses?

More questions can be added to the above list as there is always room for improvement. Keep asking yourself time-after-time:

What am I really trying to achieve? What is my aim?

While working on a plan, one has to consider the other aspects related to life that keeps the balance and harmony in life like:

• health:
• the circle whom we love (friends and family);
• finance and savings and;
• then comes the work and environment.
• One also needs to consider the achievements and learnings in life

In addition to the above one also need to set the goals which are S.M.A.R.T.(specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time bound). People work best when they are given deadlines. Further one also needs to analyze these goals from the 03 perspectives that are:

• from one's own point of view;
• from the others' point of view and;
• from an observers' point of view.

PLANS

After doing all of the above now its time to write a long-term plan with supported short-term plans for the achievement of goals. Break these into WBS – Work Breakdown Structure that is breaking these goals into smaller steps. These WBScan be further elaborated by listing all the possible ideas. One of the effective tool used is Affinity Diagram by which through brainstorming you can gather your ideas and then organize them into groups based upon their relationships:

The above sample Affinity Diagram is for giving the CSCP – Certified Supply Chain Professional examination which is divided into five main heads, each head has its own set of related ideas. This technique is a five steps process:

1. Generate ideas;
2. Display ideas;
3. Sort ideas into groups;
4. Create header and;
5. Draw diagram

To write your winning script it is very important to understand the DNA of Success. Our mind is divided into three parts:

1. the Conscious;
2. the Sub-conscious and;
3. the Omni-conscious.

EXENMAGON: THE DNA OF SUCCESS

During our lives all experience and events are receipted through ‘Sensegons’ that are the senses of sight, smell, taste, hear, touch which further passes through the Conscious (Receptor and Active Executor) and Sub-conscious (Receptor and Passive Executor) towards Omni-conscious where the images and recording(Visuals and Audios) are created as Vision and stored as an ‘Exenmagon’.

Hypothetically elaborating the concept further: (Please refer the below diagram'Exenmagon’)

• an idea, image and/or recording in our mind is collectively known as ‘Exen’, at this point in time it just an idea, image or recording without any values and beliefs.
• As soon the values and beliefs are attached to idea, image and/or recording that is ‘Exen’ turns into Vision.
• Five layers of Values, Belief, Attitude, Expectations, and Action aroundVision are formed and now it becomes an ‘Exenmagon’ which becomes permanent which may diminish after some period.
• The Vision is the core of an ‘Exenmagon’ and around it the first layer Valuesis formed which is basically the priority reference allotted to this ‘Exenmagon’by Conscious and Sub-conscious, the Values tells that how much we care to keep these in our Mind.
• Time after time Values keeps on changing and hence other ‘Exenmagons’are created which effects the Visions and it may increase or decrease theValues.
• Outer to Values is the layer of Belief which is the main configuration or the policy of the ‘Exenmagon’, this layer is also responsible for the strengths, weaknesses and fears related to the Vision.
• As various other ‘Exenmagons’ created time after time because of some events the policies that are the guidelines in the Belief may alter thestrengths, weaknesses and fears.
• The Beliefs can also be defined as the degree of readiness of the Vision.
• Outer to Belief is the layer of Expectations that are goals, mission and objectives associated with the Vision.
• The layer of Expectations can also be termed as the plans in the shape of aschedule of the future events and action that is the forecast associated with the Vision.
• The Attitude is the next layer which can also be termed as investments of soft and hard skills based on the Vision.
• The layer Attitude is the knowledge which explains that what and why a job is done? While skill is how this job is done?
• Collectively the layer of Attitude strengthens the inner layer Belief as more skills and knowledge one bears then there is more readiness to put the Visioninto action.
• The outer most layer is the Action which determines whether this‘Exenmagon’ remains or it may perish.
• In short the layer Action is the resultant of the Values, Belief, Expectations and Attitude attached to the Vision of the ‘Exenmagon’.
• The greater the bonding between all the layers the harder is the outer cyst of this ‘Exenmagon’.
• An ‘Exenmagon’ radiates signals and it is located/stored in the Omni-conscious part of the mind. They radiates signal and generates illusions called Dreams.
• All Dreams are the resultant of the various temporary and/or permanent‘Exenmagons’ stored in Omni-conscious part of mind.

Hence Vision, Values, Belief, Expectations and above all Actions are very important in turning dreams into reality.

Success is more than attitude than aptitude and having the right attitude is sometimes more important than knowledge or skills.

Remember that

Knowledge is what to do? Skill is how to do? And Attitude is why to do? Or want to do? And this can be learned, unlearned and relearned.

We humans are the most powerful piece of technology created by Almighty and we are capable of achieving anything if the will of Almighty is with us. Almighty has created us with capabilities. If we put ourselves into action to achieve our destiny by taking just a single step, for sure you will find that the help will be on the way in various forms.

Vision without skills and action is day dreaming…

That is if we do not work on our goal achievement program and if we do not prepare, then all our intentions will go in vain and it will be nothing more than an illusion.

A dream is not the one which you see in your sleep but the dream is one which does not let you sleep…

Remember, there is one thing that you can not recycle and that is the WASTED TIME!

So start working to turn your dreams into veracity...
