It is very important to have dreams as without the dreams we are as lost like a bird with broken wings who has lost the gift of flight. During our lives we have many dreams like when we are kids we dream of being grownup like our parents and when we have kids we have dreams for their better future.

WHAT DREAM DOES?

A beautiful message conveyed by the song "Free" of the animated movie "How to train your dragon", the lyrics of the songs are self explanatory nevertheless following are the crux:

1. Hold on to your dreams even you are being criticized. Have learning from the same and improve but do not give up.
2. You have to be logical and give adequate time in order to analyze the happenings around and stay on the course.
3. Every step or chance you take is a less mistake that you make because taking risk today is much easier than taking risk tomorrow. Do take calculated risk as sometimes taking no risk is a bigger risk.
4. Do not be get depressed or demotivated if you lose as sometimes it is blessing in disguise. There are no accidents in the universe, everything is for a cause, to arrive at good sometime you pass through bad times. Remember after every night there is a day.
5. It is difficult to stay on the course as hurdle will come in the way, never give up. Calculate your position and readjust your strategy. It is very easy to give up and/or adopt the path which is easier.
6. You need to be persistent and lead as it is better than following. It is a fact that if the things are not done earlier than there are greater chances that it might not be accomplished so do not wait for tomorrow, try to do it today.
7. At the end miracle only happen to those who do not get distracted from others criticism. Remember that criticism is the best way of feedback and to improve you and/or your product.
8. The criticism and/or feedback is the breakfast of winners!
